📋 Description

• Facilitate the sales experience for prospective members • Handle inbound calls for individual vision insurance plans, dental insurance, and discount plans • Efficiently handle a large quantity of inbound sales calls • Identify opportunities to sell, up-sell, and cross-sell Careington products • Answer phone calls promptly and address callers’ questions completely • Maintain thorough knowledge of sales campaigns running through the High-Performance Sales Unit • Handle both insured and non-insured sales calls • Work with the team to exceed sales goals set by management • Participate in six weeks of initial training • Work scheduled remote shifts, including weekday and Saturday hours

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in Texas, Alabama, North Carolina, Nevada, Florida, or Arizona • Must have a current Group 1 Life & Health License • Group 1 Life and Health Licensed Agent • Ability to be Certified for Medicare • Phone sales experience • Strong work ethic • High energy, drive, enthusiasm, and positive attitude • Team player and self-motivated • Commission driven and goal oriented • Flexibility in scheduling • Ability to retain sales campaign knowledge and apply learned sales tactics • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills • Professional phone demeanor and superb listening skills • Strong organization and ability to manage multiple tasks • Ability to adapt to departmental changes • Interest and experience in inbound and outbound sales calls • Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Applications • Ability to be Certified Agent for Medicare • College degree preferred but not required
