📋 Description

• Shape the organization’s enterprise strategy and transformation agenda • Develop enterprise strategy and transformation program design, including strategic planning methodology, initiative prioritization frameworks, and transformation execution standards • Design new strategic frameworks and transformation approaches • Serve as the enterprise subject-matter expert on strategy and transformation • Lead major cross-functional strategy and transformation initiatives • Monitor healthcare industry trends, competitive dynamics, and organizational performance • Translate insights into actionable strategic recommendations • Advise the CEO and executive team on enterprise strategy, organizational direction, and transformation investment priorities • Set standards for strategic analysis quality and transformation program excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in corporate strategy, organizational change, and transformation program design • Experience designing strategic frameworks and transformation approaches where no established methodology exists • Expertise in enterprise strategy and transformation • Ability to lead major cross-functional strategy and transformation initiatives across clinical, operational, financial, and executive stakeholders • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, competitive dynamics, and organizational performance • Ability to advise the CEO and executive team on enterprise strategy and transformation investment priorities • Ability to exercise independent judgment on novel, enterprise-scope strategic challenges
