📋 Description
• Manage the daily operations of the accounting and reporting functions • Ensure completion of all internal and external financial statements • Analyze trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations • Review and approve internal/external payment requests • Evaluate and make recommendations to internal accounting processes • Maintain necessary internal controls for related entities • Lead the audit and ensure compliance with audit and reporting functions • Research existing and new legislation and changes in financial accounting standards • Identify and oversee accounting requirements for new programs or changes • Ensure on-time filing of all internal and external financial reports • Responsible for management of departmental staff
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor of Science/Arts Degree in accounting, finance or related field or equivalent work experience required • Business related post-graduate degree is preferred • Six (6) years of related experience in accounting/finance is required • Previous management experience is preferred • Managed care or healthcare experience is preferred • Previous experience in a large ERP system is preferred
