📋 Description

• Define, oversee, coordinate, and develop technology designs, related road maps, and lifecycle management • Align efforts across technical architectural disciplines to develop innovative architectures and roadmaps • Provide architecture guidance, governance, and recommendations supporting technical objectives • Establish technology architecture strategy, goals, and objectives with department leadership • Partner with Information Technology groups to promote architecture principles, standards, methods, and strategic direction • Facilitate analysis, design, artifacts, and technical requirements validation for strategic initiatives • Lead or participate in vendor architecture assessments and reviews • Develop technical architectures to reduce cost, increase availability, improve security, enhance client experience, and increase flexibility • Perform IT due diligence on growth opportunities and assess technology risks and opportunities concerning target companies • Set day-to-day objectives and independently handle non-routine work within established boundaries • Perform other job duties as requested

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required • A minimum of seven (7) years of IT and/or relevant business experience • Minimum of one (1) year of experience as an architect, technical lead, or business analyst • Three (3) years of experience in a relevant domain, such as software engineering, systems engineering, infrastructure, network, storage, information management, organizational development, or business processes • 5–8 years of total IT/Security experience in roles like security engineer, systems analyst, or application security • 1–2 years of specialized AI security experience designing, testing, or securing machine learning pipelines, LLM deployments, or AI applications • 3 years of full stack development experience • Fluent in Python and server-side JavaScript/TypeScript • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks independently and in a team-oriented environment • Strong written and verbal communication, listening, critical thinking, presentation, and facilitation skills • Ability to establish effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels • Flexibility during organizational and/or business changes • Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Customer service orientation • Ability to lead technical evaluations and conduct research and development in emerging technologies • Ability to disseminate information verbally and in writing • Ability to gather participation and input for decision-making and foster it within teams
