📋 Description

• Configure, scale, and optimize Docebo, including Extended Enterprise, Automations, and Learning Plans • Enforce governance, domain structures, and user permissions • Connect Docebo with HRIS, Salesforce, and SSO/Identity Providers using APIs and webhooks • Benchmark best practices using experience with other LMS platforms and guide ecosystem improvements • Build automated workflows for onboarding, audience rules, and compliance tracking • Design dashboards to report on learning metrics and KPIs • Ensure content compliance with SCORM 1.2/2004 and xAPI standards • Serve as the top-tier escalation point for complex integration or API issues • Collaborate with L&D leaders and IT to translate business needs into technical execution • Manage the vendor relationship with Docebo

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in LMS architecture, enterprise administration, or learning systems engineering • Proven track record of technically configuring and scaling Docebo in an enterprise environment • Hands-on technical experience with at least one other major enterprise LMS, such as Workday Learning, Cornerstone, Absorb, or Canvas • Proficiency with REST APIs, webhooks, SSO (SAML 2.0, OAuth), and e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI, cMI5) • Ability to build automated governance models and translate complex business requirements into system architecture • Official Docebo certifications are a nice-to-have • Direct experience executing LMS migrations is a nice-to-have • Experience with Extended Enterprise, including multi-tenant and customer/partner-facing portals, is a nice-to-have • Data/analytics skills such as SQL, Power BI, and Tableau are a nice-to-have
