📋 Description

• Design and deliver complex Salesforce ecosystems supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives • Drive scalable, platform-based Salesforce solutions aligned with mission outcomes and long-term modernization goals • Act as a trusted advisor to internal leaders and public sector and federal clients • Support early-stage client conversations and shape technical approaches • Lead solution design for high-priority opportunities • Own technical solutioning for key bids and provide capture and proposal support • Guide business development teams and help expand ICF’s Salesforce practice • Balance client-facing pursuit work with hands-on architecture and delivery leadership • Support proposals, oral presentations, technical demonstrations, and executive-level client discussions • Lead large-scale public sector modernization initiatives • Collaborate with Salesforce and adjacent-platform partners

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce or comparable SaaS enterprise solutions • 5+ years of experience leading complex solutions with a strong enterprise architecture background, including integrations, security, scalability, and platform governance • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required • Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust and/or Security Clearance • Must reside and work within the United States • Certification in one or more mainline Salesforce certifications preferred, including Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, Data Architect, Integration Architect, or Technical Architect (CTA) • Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, OmniStudio, MuleSoft, Salesforce Data 360, and Agentforce / AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities preferred • Experience supporting Department of War (Defense), civilian federal agencies, or FedRAMP/high-security environments preferred • Experience balancing client-facing solutioning/pursuit work with hands-on architecture and delivery leadership • Experience supporting proposals, oral presentations, technical demonstrations, and executive-level client discussions • Experience leading large-scale public sector modernization initiatives • Prior consulting or systems integrator experience supporting enterprise clients • Hands-on experience using Codex, LLM-based tools, and agentic AI workflows within Salesforce environments • Preferred certifications include Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Consultant, Public Sector Solutions Accreditation, Platform Developer I, and Agentforce Specialist
