📋 Description

• Provide support on special projects, initiatives, and specific activities as assigned • Support data science, machine learning, and AI projects using Python and real-world healthcare data • Perform exploratory data analysis, model development, and experimentation • Explore emerging AI technologies including LLMs, small language models, RAG, fine-tuning, and agentic AI • Evaluate potential AI applications to healthcare and business problems • Develop and test machine learning, forecasting, computer vision, NLP, and other analytical solutions • Apply coding and analytical skills to independent, project-based work • Collaborate with experienced data scientists while experimenting with new approaches and technologies

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required • Current Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or graduated within the last 6 months is required • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently and within a team environment • Effective listening and critical thinking skills • Dependable, flexible and able to maintain confidential information • Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail
