📋 Description

• Extract, analyze, report, track, and monitor provider data across business functions, systems, and interfaces • Analyze data operations to support new solutions and enhance existing solutions, primarily in the provider space • Manage new HPLC initiatives from concept through implementation and provide progress statistics • Support existing provider data operations and new market implementations as a member of the HPLC team • Perform cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses for proposed initiatives • Collect and analyze data for business case creation and realization • Assist with strategic planning for HPLC business, financial, and operational goals • Manage scope and expected outcomes across strategic initiatives and process improvements • Lead operational readiness reviews, including reports, turnover documentation, policies, procedures, and job aids • Review reports and data to identify patterns, special-cause variation, and trends; deliver summaries, recommendations, and alternatives • Develop, document, and perform testing and validation • Mentor peers in project execution and subject matter expertise • Introduce ideas, approaches, and solutions focused on process improvement and growth • Serve as subject matter expert for provider data and downstream process impacts • Perform other related duties as requested

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience required • Minimum of five years of health care data analysis or project management experience required • Health plan and provider experience required • Experience with Cognizant Facets Provider application required • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel • Strong knowledge of the Facets data model • Knowledge of regulatory reporting and compliance requirements • SQL/Access capabilities • Ability to manage projects with strong organizational and collaboration skills • Ability to interact effectively with management across multiple organizational layers • Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Time management, prioritization, multitasking, and flexibility during organizational or business changes • Exceptional verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and relationship-building skills • Critical listening and thinking skills • Decision-making and problem-solving skills • Six Sigma or other performance improvement experience preferred • Managed care experience preferred • No licensure or certification required
