The organization runs feeding programs, sponsorship and mission-trip initiatives, volunteer and mentoring opportunities, advocacy and prevention efforts, and partners with churches and communities to mobilize donations, foster families, and other resources.

📋 Description

• Design and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and scorecards using Power BI • Monitor Fabric data pipelines and datasets and extend semantic models • Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and predictive analytics for organizational planning and decision-making • Maintain reporting systems integrating legacy and new data sources • Identify inaccurate or inconsistent data and work with departments to cleanse data and resolve underlying issues • Use SQL, Power BI, and Fabric analytics tools to identify insights, opportunities, risks, and performance trends • Develop and support machine learning and predictive models using Microsoft Fabric Data Science tools, Spark, and/or Python • Maintain and respond to automated monitoring, alerts, and reporting solutions using Microsoft Fabric • Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, KPIs, and analytical needs • Develop report wireframes, mockups, and prototypes before dashboard development • Present data-driven recommendations and insights to leadership and department teams • Support data governance, data quality, security, and reporting best practices • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Three (3) or more years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related field • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and dashboard development • Ability to demonstrate Power BI data visualization capabilities with prior dashboard, report, or analytics examples • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, including OneLake and Data Warehouse • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience querying large datasets • Working knowledge of Python, Spark, or other data science and analytics tools • Knowledge of dimensional modeling, forecasting, statistical analysis, and predictive analytics methodologies • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, including presenting technical information to non-technical audiences • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain data accuracy, and work collaboratively • Preferred certifications: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate, Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Certified Analytics Professional, or similar • Preferred KQL experience • Must have a personal conversion experience with Jesus Christ and be scripturally baptized • Commitment to ministry through vocation • Sincere desire to seek God and His kingdom • Personal devotional habits such as Bible study, prayer, and daily meditation • Membership and regular attendance at a New Testament, evangelical church in the local community • Engagement in witness activities as a normal part of life • Ability to operate a forklift • Ability to work in stressful conditions and remain focused for extended periods • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
