📋 Description

• Evaluate and analyze data from legacy systems and disparate sources to assess quality, completeness, and consistency • Develop and apply approaches to profile complex structured and semi-structured datasets • Identify data gaps, anomalies, and structural issues affecting reporting, analytics, or system migration • Recommend data quality improvements and remediation actions aligned with current-state use and future-state system needs • Support data readiness efforts for modernization and system replacement, including migration considerations • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate findings and align on data priorities and remediation strategies • Document data issues, patterns, and recommendations in a clear, actionable format • Partner with program and technical teams to improve data usability for reporting and analytics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university • Candidate must be located within the United States and be a US Citizen • Must be able to obtain and maintain a federal public trust • 2+ years of experience in data profiling, data analysis, or data quality assessment • Prior experience in child welfare, human services, or related social programs • Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis for querying, analyzing, and profiling data across complex, multi-system environments • Experience identifying data quality issues and recommending remediation actions • Experience supporting data preparation for analytics, reporting, or system modernization efforts • Ability to clearly communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Familiarity with system modernization or data migration readiness efforts • Up to 10% travel may be required during key client deliverable milestones
