📋 Description

• Provide support on special projects, initiatives, and specific activities varying by assignment • Analyze beneficiary, market, CRM and outreach data to identify trends, enrollment opportunities and insights • Support evaluation of the end-to-end TRICARE Prime Demo beneficiary journey • Identify friction points and recommend improvements to awareness, education, enrollment and beneficiary experience • Partner with Market Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Operations and field teams • Translate market and beneficiary insights into actionable recommendations supporting enrollment growth and market performance • Support Tampa and/or Atlanta market activation and research • Conduct community and field engagement, market intelligence and special projects strengthening connection to the military community

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required • Current Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or graduated within the last 6 months is required • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently and within a team environment • Effective listening and critical thinking skills • Dependable and flexible, with ability to maintain confidential information • Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail • No licensure or certification required
