📋 Description

• Provide support on special projects, initiatives, and specific activities varying by assignment • Support development of AI-driven solutions and automation within healthcare operations • Improve prior authorization, appeals, and related business processes • Partner with clinical and operational teams to translate business needs, workflows, and requirements into user-friendly AI tools or agents • Analyze current processes and identify opportunities to leverage AI, technology, and automation • Improve operational efficiency and enhance the end-user experience • Assist with project planning, research, testing, and implementation of innovative solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required • Current Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or graduated within the last 6 months is required • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently and within a team environment • Effective listening and critical thinking skills • Dependable and flexible • Ability to maintain confidential information • Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail • No licensure or certification required
