📋 Description

• Support special projects, initiatives, and assigned activities • Improve SAP Ariba processes, including Contracts, Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle and Performance, Risk, and Guided Buying and Invoicing • Assist with data analysis and reporting by validating data, identifying trends, and preparing reports or dashboards • Assist with system testing and Quality Assurance Testing by executing test scenarios, documenting results, and tracking issues • Review and maintain process documentation, job aids, procedures, and training materials for Ariba and related Sourcing processes • Research opportunities to use AI, automation, and reporting tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual work • Assist with data cleanup and data-quality initiatives • Participate in team meetings and special projects involving Sourcing, contracting, supplier management, technology, and vendor performance processes

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required • Current Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or graduated within the last 6 months is required • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently and within a team environment • Effective listening and critical thinking skills • Dependable, flexible and able to maintain confidential information • Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail • No licensure or certification required
