📋 Description

• Schedule and coordinate medical appointments between patients and healthcare providers • Manage calendar appointments and send reminders • Assist with setup, monitoring, and follow-up for Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) • Communicate with nurses and/or patients’ providers about health-related issues or questions • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and encounters • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy laws • Serve as a primary patient contact, provide information, answer queries, and support patients throughout their care journey • Facilitate communication among patients, healthcare providers, and team members • Keep stakeholders informed about patient care plans and updates • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or relevant clinical experience preferred • Previous experience in remote patient monitoring, telehealth, or care coordination is a plus • Proficiency in telehealth platforms and virtual communication tools • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities • Knowledge of medical terminology • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation procedures • Commitment to patient confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines • Must work physically within the United States; international work is not permitted during scheduled work hours • Reliable internet connectivity and a secure, private workspace • Windows or Apple (macOS) computer only; no Chromebooks, Linux machines, or smartphones • Windows 10 or macOS 14 Sonoma minimum • Intel Core i5 or AMD equivalent processor for Windows, or Apple Silicon for Macs • 16 GB RAM • Wired headphones required; no built-in microphones • Minimum internet speed of 100 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload • Ethernet cable connecting the computer directly to the router • Google Chrome with Amazon WorkSpaces • Webcam required for video calls
