📋 Description

• Establish and lead a team of Molecular Science Liaisons • Manage the MSL team day to day • Provide recommendations on national staffing plans • Create and coordinate training and enablement plans • Track MSL activity and customer interactions • Ensure MSLs communicate the value of Caris Molecular Intelligence to physicians, scientists, and other external clients • Act as a conduit of information and feedback between the medical community and Caris Life Sciences • Conduct medical and scientific education and support for the field organization • Present clinical data and educational materials to physician sites and conferences • Attend POA/Commercial pitch meetings and relationship development onsite meetings • Promote CMI to physician sites across the United States • Support and present at molecular tumor board meetings • Maintain knowledge of therapeutic oncology literature • Assist with related duties and special projects for sales, POA, and marketing • Train contracted speakers and serve as a field trainer • Conduct regional speaking engagements with physicians • Attend regional and national tradeshows and sales meetings • Provide commercial input and review of marketing materials

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. or M.D. in a biological science related to pharmacology, cancer biology, or molecular and cellular biology or equivalent training and experience required • 3+ years of management experience • Prior experience in a commercial atmosphere such as Pharmaceuticals or Commercial Lab space a plus • Prior field experience working with customers and/or sales organization a plus • Ability to think creatively and initiate new ideas or solutions to business issues • Independence of thought and sound judgment relating to business needs • Demonstrated commitment, self-motivation, and drive • Possess strong interpersonal skills • Self-starter, ability to work in a fast-past, competing deadline driven environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet for business use • Proficient verbal and written communication skills • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly • Successful completion of pre-employment process, including criminal background check, drug screening, credit check (applicable for certain positions) and reference verification
