📋 Description

• Orient providers, RNs, MAs, PSRs, and other users to their specific Epic EMR applications • Educate users on application upgrades and changes • Train and support departmental users who customize and optimize applications • Provide performance consulting for optimal Epic application usage • Provide Epic training to new Carle hires and individual optimization assistance • Collaborate with the IT Build Team during design, build, and validation processes • Design role- and discipline-based training plans and learning objectives • Develop Epic training environments, participant materials, and exercises • Plan, schedule, and implement training • Provide follow-up support and evaluate training results • Provide specialized training and tools for departmental Super Users • Serve as a resource for Super Users and departmental leaders, including during Go-Lives • Provide training, tools, and materials to support Meaningful Use compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Must have Epic MST Build experience • Epic Certification - EPIC • Illinois driver's license issued by the Illinois Secretary of State • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Technologies, Education, or a related field, or experience in lieu of education • Work experience in learning and development • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. • Must support accurate Epic documentation and Meaningful Use compliance
