📋 Description

• Travel to all practice locations, including newly acquired sites, to deliver training, observe operations, and validate efficiencies • Facilitate remote training sessions for new providers and lead interactive workshops • Observe clinic workflows and provide actionable feedback supporting monthly reporting and organizational improvement • Review provider notes and communications for adherence to best practices and quality standards • Create and deliver educational materials for new and updated workflows and best practices using Mosaic's EMR • Identify skill gaps and provide targeted support to clinical staff • Conduct skill assessments and coaching improvement sessions • Partner with Super Users to provide coaching and peer-training support • Support established offices through remote assistance and onsite guidance • Work with Quality, Risk, and Coding Educators on Value-Based Programs • Communicate office staff concerns and questions to the Supervisor • Identify workflow enhancement opportunities and assess coaching needs using metrics and reports • Collaborate with Learning & Development, Integrations, Innovation, and Clinical Systems teams • Develop updated coaching materials with leadership • Serve as a role model for clinical and clerical staff during workflow transitions • Troubleshoot workflow and system-usage challenges during integration training • Compile coaching and site-visit findings into status reports for leadership • Provide excellent service to internal team members and patients • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree in a relevant field required • Bachelor's degree is a plus • 3+ years of experience in a medical practice organization • Preferred credentials include CMA/RMA or LPN • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database software • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), preferably Athena • Strong understanding of Value-Based programs, including HCC and Quality Measures • Excellent planning, time management, and multitasking abilities • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities • Creative problem-solving skills • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and willingness to learn new techniques • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills • Requires travel up to 80% of the time • Ability to adapt quickly to new situations • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs independently and up to 50 lbs with help
