📋 Description

• Lead the creation of innovative products that transform the car buying and selling experience • Put Customer needs at the center of product decisions • Leverage technology and data to deliver seamless, personalized customer interactions • Collaborate with design and engineering partners to build products that empower Customers and Associates • Lead a high-performing product team focused on discovering and delivering solutions • Partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders across digital and in-store channels • Conduct deep customer research to uncover behaviors, pain points, and opportunities • Develop and test hypotheses, rapidly iterating on prototypes to validate solutions • Prioritize product opportunities based on feasibility, impact, and business-goal alignment • Set product vision and goals using data-driven insights and business acumen • Deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation • Inspire and lead teams to create seamless online and in-store experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (preferred qualification) • 3+ years of experience in product management or a related field • Strong understanding of modern technology • Experience partnering with software engineers
