📋 Description

• Build and maintain referral and authorization workflows • Build and maintain orders and work queues • Support utilization management workflows, including Epic 278R • Maintain CRM records for member tracking and documentation • Support order routing and linkage with UM tasks • Troubleshoot Provider Portal and Tapestry Link issues • Manage security access and user templates • Participate in testing cycles and upgrades • Support system build and Utilization Management projects for a Managed Care Health Plan

🎯 Requirements

• Required Epic Tapestry Certification: Epic Referrals and Authorizations • 3+ years of experience with UM/referrals/Tapestry as an Analyst • Build experience working in a managed care or shared instance environment • Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills • Additional desired certifications: Epic Tapestry Claims and Contracts Administration; Epic Tapestry CRM (Cheers) Administration; Epic Benefits Engine for Tapestry; Epic Tapestry Link
