📋 Description

• Lead development, coordination, and delivery of operational and technology training programs. • Oversee and coordinate instructional designers, trainers, and ATE go-live support resources. • Develop and manage change management and organizational readiness strategies. • Partner with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders to support execution and adoption. • Monitor training progress, readiness indicators, risks, and performance outcomes. • Collaborate with Communications and Marketing to support awareness and stakeholder engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong project management and organizational skills. • Experience in healthcare operations; oncology or specialty care experience preferred. • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale training initiatives. • Proven success in executing change management strategies and readiness planning. • Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (or equivalent experience). • Certifications in Project Management, Training, or Change Management (e.g., Prosci) preferred.
