📋 Description

• Conducting thorough needs and gap analyses in skills, audience, organization, etc. • Developing instructionally sound, creative, and high quality-learning solutions with high impact results that leave a lasting effect • Leveraging modern learning technologies, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to design, develop, and implement behavior change solutions. • Managing senior leader stakeholders and aligning on vision, outcomes, and expectations • Managing projects: delivering on time, on budget, and with unparalleled quality standards. • Implementing organizational changes that come with large-scale transformations at Fortune 100 companies. • Working with clients to re-tool and re-skill their people, so they support the new way of doing business.

🎯 Requirements

• A college degree from a 4-year college • Typically, 5-10 years external learning and development consulting / training or instructional design experience • Advanced level experience in instructional design principles and best practices • Experience designing and delivering blended learning solutions that combine instructor-led, digital, social, experiential, and performance support approaches • Superior business/technical writing and editing skills • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills • Strong project management and data analytics skills • Significant experience working with people at all levels of an organization, particularly senior leaders at large organizations • Passion for collaborating and supporting internal and client team members • Demonstrated ability to leverage data, learner insights, and business metrics to inform solution design and measure impact • Comfort working alongside technical teams and advising clients on practical applications of AI, automation, analytics, and digital learning ecosystems
