📋 Description
• Analyze and document business requirements and workflows. • Partner with stakeholders to define system integration and application requirements. • Gather and transform data into detailed functional and technical documentation. • Support design, development, testing, and implementation of clinical systems. • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT consulting. • Strong experience with InterSystems IRIS for Health. • Valid Epic Bridges Certification required. • Experience with EHR-to-Epic conversions and healthcare data integrations preferred. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex data and workflows. • Ability to gather and translate business needs into technical requirements.
