📋 Description
• Support the operation, administration, and optimization of Epic Radiant. • Collaborate with clinical and technical stakeholders to improve workflows and system functionality. • Configure, build, test, maintain, and troubleshoot Epic Radiant enhancements. • Provide incident, change, and problem management support following ITIL processes. • Support medium- to high-complexity clinical applications across acute and non-acute care settings. • Analyze issues, implement solutions, and ensure application stability and performance.
🎯 Requirements
• Epic Radiant Certification (Required) • 5+ years of Epic Radiant build and application support experience. • Experience supporting clinical information systems in a healthcare environment. • Strong understanding of radiology workflows and Epic application support.
🏖️ Benefits
• Hourly rate based on experience $70.00 - $83.00/hr
