• Support the IT Service Desk and IAM functions by fulfilling user access requests • Maintain account permissions and ensure timely onboarding and support of internal systems • Focus on systems such as PowerSchool, Salesforce, and enterprise email platforms • Participate in a ticket-driven environment, handling provisioning-related incidents and requests • Process user access requests for systems, determining whether to create or modify accounts • Troubleshoot access-related issues and update tickets with progress and resolution details • Assist with onboarding activities and coordinate provisioning needs tied to lifecycle events • Work with multiple IT and business teams to fulfill access needs • Document access changes and follow internal security and compliance requirements
• Basic understanding of IT Service Desk operations • Familiarity with account provisioning concepts (user accounts, permissions, access control) • Familiar with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and meeting established response and resolution timelines. • Ability to follow structured processes and workflows • Strong attention to detail when handling access requests • Written and verbal communication skills for cross-team collaboration • Bachelor’s Degree in any technology related field (desired) • Exposure to ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow or similar) (desired) • Experience supporting enterprise systems such as PowerSchool and Salesforce (desired)
