📋 Description

• Design, configure, and maintain Epic Cadence, Prelude, and Referrals & Authorization • Support scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and referral workflows • Gather business requirements and translate them into Epic system build • Participate in testing, upgrades, workflow validation, and go-live support • Troubleshoot production issues and implement system enhancements • Collaborate with operational leaders, clinical teams, and IT stakeholders • Develop and maintain system documentation and build specifications.

🎯 Requirements

• Epic certifications in Cadence, Prelude, and Referrals & Authorization (required) • 3+ years of Epic application build and support experience • Strong knowledge of patient access, scheduling, registration, and referral workflows • Experience supporting Epic implementations, optimizations, or Community Connect environments preferred • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
