📋 Description

• Configure and support Epic MyChart functionality to align with organizational goals and improve patient engagement • Implement and manage customizations within the MyChart Code module, including UI/UX modifications and authentication workflows • Translate friction points in the patient journey into system specifications and build/configuration requirements • Work with internal stakeholders to understand goals, gather requirements, and deliver on digital health strategies • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate third-party applications using Epic APIs • Support testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of patient experience applications • Partner with engineering and QA teams to ensure high-quality deployment and performance

🎯 Requirements

• Epic MyChart certification • 3–5 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Epic MyChart and other digital front door solutions • Strong technical understanding of MyChart application functionality and customization capabilities • Experience developing or supporting custom patient experience applications that leverage the Epic MyChart code base • Demonstrated ability to translate user experience needs into functional system requirements • Experience with custom authentication methods and patient login workflows • Experience working directly with Epic’s MyChart Code module (preferred) • Background integrating 3rd party apps and APIs into Epic or other major EHR platforms (preferred) • Familiarity with patient engagement strategies and digital health tools (preferred) • Experience collaborating with product management, engineering, and QA teams in a healthcare IT setting (preferred) • Understanding of privacy, security, and compliance standards around patient data access and authentication (preferred)
