📋 Description

• Support Epic workflows related to Cadence, Prelude, Authorization/Certification, and Financial Assistance • Analyze operational needs and assist with developing effective Epic solutions • Collaborate with operational and technical stakeholders to understand workflow requirements • Support system analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution • Assist with maintaining accurate workflow and system documentation • Communicate with project stakeholders regarding requirements, issues, and system needs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience • Current Epic Authorization/Certification certification • Current Epic Cadence/Prelude certification • Experience working with Epic patient access and related financial assistance workflows • Ability to analyze operational requirements and support Epic application needs • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with operational and technical teams • Experience supporting Epic Financial Assistance workflows (preferred) • Experience working in a healthcare IT consulting environment (preferred) • Familiarity with integrated patient access, authorization, certification, and financial assistance processes (preferred)
