📋 Description

• Design, build, test, and maintain Epic Ambulatory applications in alignment with clinical and operational workflows • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions • Troubleshoot system issues and provide break/fix support as needed • Participate in application upgrades, enhancements, and new build initiatives • Support integration and coordination across clinical and ancillary systems as needed • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, documentation, and change control processes • Provide end-user support, training support, and workflow optimization recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience working as an Epic Ambulatory Analyst • Active Epic Ambulatory Certification required • Proven experience supporting Epic build, configuration, and optimization in ambulatory environments • Experience participating in Epic implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects preferred • Strong understanding of ambulatory clinical workflows • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing competing priorities • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Experience in large healthcare systems or multi-site environments • Familiarity with cross-functional Epic modules and interoperability concepts is a plus.
