📋 Description

• Inspect and maintain air-conditioning and HVAC systems for efficient operation • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical malfunctions in heating and cooling units • Install, replace, and calibrate HVAC equipment, including thermostatic controls and liquid lines • Maintain chilled and hot water supply systems • Adjust internal control systems • Assist in HVAC system planning and design • Maintain detailed maintenance records for compliance with City, State, and EPA regulations • Identify and mitigate risks to maintain a safe working environment • Collaborate with management to support safety and operational standards • Provide expert commercial HVAC service in the field • Deliver technical troubleshooting, customer service, and service solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years practical working experience in the HVAC Industry • 6+ months practical working experience with chillers • Ability to push, pull, and lift 50 lbs • EPA Universal Certification • Ability to stand, crawl, sit, and squat for extended periods • Ability to climb a ladder and work on rooftops • High School Diploma/GED • Valid and current driver's license • Must be insurable by the company's insurance carrier • Basic understanding of building automation controls preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills preferred • Experience using Salesforce and ServiceMax is a plus • Commercial HVAC experience with RTUs, boilers, water loops, pumps, cooling towers, and air- or water-cooled chillers preferred
