📋 Description

• Inspect and maintain air-conditioning and HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical malfunctions in heating and cooling units • Install, replace, and calibrate HVAC equipment, including thermostatic controls and liquid lines • Maintain chilled and hot water supply systems and adjust internal control systems • Service rooftop units, gas packs, heat pumps, split systems, and related controls • Assemble and install metal ductwork and assist in HVAC system planning and design • Maintain detailed maintenance records and ensure compliance with City, State, and EPA regulations • Identify and mitigate risks to maintain a safe working environment • Collaborate with management to support safety and operational standards • Provide expert, quality commercial HVAC service in the field

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years practical working experience in the HVAC Industry • Ability to push / pull / lift 50 lbs • EPA Universal Certification • Must be able to stand, crawl, sit, squat for extended periods of time • Ability to climb a ladder and work on rooftops • High School Diploma/GED • Valid and current Driver’s License • Must be insurable by the company’s insurance carrier • Basic understanding of building automation controls • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience using Salesforce and ServiceMax is a plus
