📋 Description

• Install, mount, replace, relocate, and decommission enterprise networking and infrastructure equipment • Rack and stack switches, routers, firewalls, servers, storage systems, UPS units, rack PDUs, and related technology • Install network cabinets, equipment racks, cable management systems, ladder racks, basket trays, conduit, raceways, and cable pathways • Install and test Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, single-mode fiber, and multimode fiber cabling • Install patch cords and complete equipment cross-connects • Integrate networking, compute, storage, security, and wireless equipment into racks • Install and validate enterprise wireless access points • Certify copper cabling and test fiber-optic continuity and performance • Confirm equipment connectivity, power, physical installation, and installation quality • Capture installation photographs and record cable identifiers, serial numbers, and asset information • Update rack elevations, cable schedules, as-built documentation, and project records • Complete daily project reports and status updates • Represent Myriad360 professionally at customer locations throughout North America • Communicate with customers, project teams, engineers, and site contacts • Maintain clean, organized, safe jobsites and follow customer access, safety, security, and operational requirements • Complete security awareness training, comply with company policies, identify and escalate security risks, and perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Experience installing enterprise network, data center, or IT infrastructure • Experience with structured copper and fiber-optic cabling • Experience mounting wireless access points and enterprise network equipment • Ability to read floor plans, rack elevations, cable schedules, and installation drawings • Basic understanding of enterprise networking and infrastructure hardware • Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and lifts • Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality • Ability to travel extensively, including overnight travel and scheduled maintenance windows • Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 75 pounds • Ability to work safely on ladders, lifts, and active customer jobsites • BICSI Installer or Technician certification preferred • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred • Experience using Fluke cable certification equipment preferred • Fiber termination, splicing, and testing experience preferred • Experience installing Cisco, Juniper, HPE Aruba, Palo Alto Networks, Dell, HPE, or similar enterprise technologies preferred • Experience working in enterprise data centers, colocation facilities, warehouses, or technology deployment environments preferred • Every newly hired technician must complete the Myriad360 White Glove Academy during the first 30 days and successfully pass written and hands-on certification assessments
