📋 Description

• Analyze incoming Data Center trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs • Translate trends and needs into a differentiated products and solutions strategy • Define solution architecture and derive system and sub-system technical requirements • Assess customer needs across hyperscalers, colocation providers, and other Data Center customers • Evaluate competitive technical solutions and product/system differentiation combining HVAC equipment and controls • Analyze technical trade-offs • Drive enterprise-level design synergies through global platforms and solutions • Collaborate with customers, product management, engineering, and global stakeholders • Establish workflow priorities and oversee resource allocations • Foster stakeholder relationships to align and implement Data Center projects • Lead teams in a matrix organization, initially without direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering Discipline • 10+ years of systems engineering experience • 8+ years of industry experience working with Data Center customers on cooling system solutions • Familiarity with industrial business models for HVAC, preferably in a Data Center business environment • Proven track record of building trusted relationships cross-functionally and managing various stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solutions/initiatives • Ability to make decisions with conviction • Ability to solve complex problems using and finding alternate paths to achieve objectives in a highly constrained and fast-paced environment • Preferred: Masters in an Engineering or Industrial field such as Systems Engineering
