📋 Description

• Manage a team of intermediate or experienced professionals in Product and Technical Service for DLS/VRF controls support • Establish objectives and guidelines for Controls specialists across North America • Resolve escalated complex technical problems and oversee technical analysis • Implement continuous improvement initiatives for DLS/VRF Controls Products • Engage in business process development and develop procedures to meet business objectives • Coach experienced dispatchers and/or team leaders and provide feedback to build capabilities • Work closely with Product Management and Engineering teams on controls development • Serve as subject matter expert for industry controls solutions • Handle complex calls with high-profile customers • Prioritize resources for cost effectiveness and coordinate activities • Monitor performance metrics to achieve productivity targets • Consolidate analytic results and present information to managers • Handle complex customer matters and escalate more complex issues appropriately • Lead and advise team members on routine and complex tasks • Support the Digital team in developing the controls offering and business-unit alignment • Travel frequently, up to 50%, sometimes on short notice, to support customer needs

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • 5+ years of DLS/VRF field experience • 5+ years of experience in VRF Controls integration experience • 50% travel requirement • Troubleshooting all aspects of commercial applied HVAC systems • Proven experience demonstrating excellent conflict resolution, negotiation, and problem solving skills in high pressure and challenging environments • Experience in quality improvement position working with warranty data/systems • Experience in a position requiring technical presentations • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) • Proven examples of demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills
