📋 Description

• Act as the focal point for the Cora Project Management tool • Ensure high understanding, rapid adoption, and effective utilization of the Cora Program Management tool within the North America Commercial Service aftermarket project • Develop and execute growth plans in a defined geographic region to achieve annual sales growth targets • Maintain customer relationship management and ERP databases • Coordinate with Sales and customers to enter appropriate account information • Review purchase orders/contracts; qualify and process orders; conduct post-sales follow-up; engage with customers and programs; coordinate with Sales, Professional Services, and Supply Chain • Collaborate with Supply Chain/Inventory, Programming, Shipping, and Finance to ensure on-time deliveries and consistent customer communication • Provide phone support for inbound customer inquiries and orders • Manage quotes • Provide customer and product support • Troubleshoot logistics, product, and procedural issues • Act as a customer advocate to ensure timely delivery and engage in the customer complaint process • Participate with the Client Services team to establish processes and improve efficiency • Support client program/project compliance • Qualify leads and follow up with Sales • Process Return Materials Authorization for post-sale services • Complete projects with little supervision and/or direction • Perform other assigned tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree • 3+ years’ experience supporting software implementations or user adoption programs or change management • 3+ years of experience with ERP systems or field service management software such as SAP, Salesforce, Cora or similar project management tools • Proven track record of working with end-users to drive the adoption of new software and improving user workflows • Preference preferably in an aftermarket, field service, or manufacturing environment • 5+ years of experience in software support, application support, or a similar role, preferably in an aftermarket, field service, or manufacturing environment • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and MS Office Suite • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users • Experience with ERP systems or field service management software • Patient & Service-Oriented: Focused on delivering an excellent user experience to technical staff • Collaborative: Skilled at working across teams
