• Vertrieb unserer Heiz-, Kälte- und Klimaanlagen bei unseren Groß-Kunden, wie Energieversorger, Wärmecontractoren, Planern • Aufbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen • Beratung und technische Auslegung der in Betracht kommenden Produktlösungen • Erstellung von Angeboten und deren Projektverfolgung • Aufbau und Ausbau der Marktposition im Vertriebsgebiet • Verfolgung von Markttrends und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Techniker*in oder Studium im Bereich Versorgungstechnik, Heizung-, Lüftungs-, Kälte- oder Regelungstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Heiz-, Kälte‑ und Klimatechnik • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, sowie souveränes Auftreten • Starkes Verhandlungsgeschick und hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit • Sehr gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten • Lösungsorientierte, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Einsatzbereitschaft und „Hands‑on“-Mentalität • Ausdauer, Zielstrebigkeit und Beharrlichkeit im Vertriebsalltag • Gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft
