📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics solutions to drive business value • Build and maintain robust data pipelines, data models, and enterprise data assets supporting reporting, analytics, and AI initiatives • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven solutions and actionable insights • Implement data governance, quality, security, and responsible AI practices • Support development and enhancement of AI capabilities through predictive modeling, automation, and continuous innovation • Advance Carrier's AI and data transformation strategy through innovative analytics and AI solutions • Support high-visibility, enterprise-scale initiatives and programs impacting business performance and decision-making • Collaborate with global cross-functional business and technology teams to deliver scalable digital solutions • Contribute to strategic programs with significant business impact and enterprise data, analytics, and AI leadership initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or Information Systems field of study • 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, data engineering, data science, or advanced analytics • Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident • This role can work anywhere in the US • Hands-on experience developing, validating, and deploying machine learning models and scalable data pipelines within production environments • Expertise in generative AI, MLOps, Azure AI/Data platforms, and enterprise-scale analytics solutions • Familiarity with manufacturing, aftermarket, supply chain, or industrial business domains • Experience delivering AI products from concept through production deployment • Ability to create complex queries and code using Python and SQL • Background working with modern cloud-based data platforms and data engineering tools • Effective problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
