📋 Description

• Develop detailed program plans and manage resources and dependencies across products, platforms, and regions • Lead, motivate, and mentor program and project teams • Monitor program and project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures • Advocate for additional funding when necessary • Maintain regular communication with team members, senior leadership, and executives • Provide updates on program and project progress and address issues • Identify risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies and corrective action plans • Perform project quality checks throughout the project lifecycle • Prepare and maintain program plans, reports, proposals, change requests, and meeting minutes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 10+ years of experience in project or program management • 3+ years of experience in software development and release train engineering • Strong program leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana • Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, or Kanban processes • Strong team management, interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills • Ability to interact constructively with diverse, including international, teams • Ability to navigate competing and conflicting priorities • Willingness to travel as needed • Strong project management tool knowledge and practical application experience • Ability to anticipate potential problems and proactively drive project execution • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and release train process • PMP certification is a plus
