⢠Associates degree ⢠8+ years of program, project, transformation, or business experience ⢠Preferred Experience with project management software tools ⢠Bachelor's degree and advanced degree ⢠Experience leading large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives within large, complex corporations ⢠Demonstrated success managing programs in a matrixed environment ⢠Experience supporting executive-level governance and steering committees ⢠Experience in finance transformation, ERP implementation, operating model transformation, digital transformation, M&A integration, or other complex enterprise initiatives preferred. ⢠Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills ⢠Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities ⢠Advanced program and portfolio management expertise ⢠Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ⢠Excellent risk management and problem-solving skills ⢠Ability to navigate ambiguity and organizational complexity ⢠Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
