📋 Description

• Own and deliver the OEM product roadmap, including NCH, NVI, CPO, and related OEM programs • Drive innovation and business-critical value delivery across feature development, program management, and client engagement • Coach, mentor, and serve as a role model to junior Product Managers • Serve as the primary product contact for OEM clients, leading client presentations, QBRs, and roadmap reviews with OEM Sales • Translate client needs, deal commitments, and market feedback into product requirements and prioritized backlog items • Define and prioritize tradeoffs among scope, schedule, cost, and business benefit • Manage concurrent OEM programs across engineering, design, data science, and analytics teams • Maintain program plans, milestones, and risk visibility • Deliver feature development and program deliverables on schedule • Define OEM product KPIs/OKRs and monitor product health and performance • Establish relationships with OEM clients, OEM Sales, and internal stakeholders • Communicate roadmaps, updates, and accomplishments throughout the organization • Align interconnected roadmaps and manage dependencies between OEM programs and platform investments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience • At least 7 years of experience as a product manager across mobile and web • History of delivering significant business and customer outcomes across a full product line • Experience in the automotive industry, OEM, dealer technology, or adjacent automotive software/data platforms strongly preferred • In-depth understanding of UX design principles and product experimentation, including A/B testing and user testing • Experience across the entire product process from strategy through delivery • Strong understanding of product management fundamentals, lean product development, and agile practices • Proven experience presenting to senior external stakeholders and managing client relationships • Experience defining KPIs and product metrics and using them to drive decisions • MBA or other advanced degree preferred • Familiarity with OEM program structures, including new car, CPO, and vehicle intelligence data products preferred • Experience with automotive sales channels and dealer/OEM go-to-market dynamics preferred • Background in platform or data products; ability to discuss APIs, data pipelines, and integrations with engineering teams preferred • SQL, Tableau, and/or other data analysis skills preferred • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States • Cars Commerce is unable to sponsor employment visas at this time
