📋 Description

• Coordinate job site installation and startup of equipment • Work closely with Project Managers at CMCo and customer locations • Conduct site inspections and prepare reports • Interface with contractors • Start up equipment • Guide CMCo technicians while on site • Promote a positive customer experience • Uphold Carter Machinery’s Core Values of Integrity, Commitment, Excellence, and Teamwork • Coordinate multiple start-up sites and competing tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Thorough understanding of installation of mechanical and electrical equipment • Ability to manage multiple start-up sites at one time • Ability to read wiring diagrams and layout drawings • Ability to understand and respond to questions related to submittals and specifications • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate multiple competing tasks and demands • Detail oriented • Ability to work well with project managers, contractors, engineers, and end users • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent presentation skills • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills • Excellent driving record • Ability to travel and work hours as required to meet customer needs • Demonstrated skills and experience in mediation and negotiation • Minimum three years' experience in construction management • Previous experience managing the installation of mechanical and electrical equipment • High school diploma or equivalent, required • Ability to stand, walk, talk, or hear • Ability to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl • Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds occasionally • Close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus
