• Drive new business while delivering high-impact consulting engagements in the telecommunications sector • Build client relationships and close deals • Lead complex engagements end-to-end • Shape strategy and deliver value to clients • Drive revenue growth through new and existing accounts
• 10+ years of management consulting experience, including 5+ years in the telecommunications sector • Proven ability to generate and grow revenue (ideally with targets of $1-$2Mannually) with consulting clients • Experience leading large-scale initiatives involving 5G, fiber deployment, OSS/BSS, network transformation, customer experience, or digital enablement in the telecommunication industry • Demonstrated ability to both sell and deliver strategic consulting engagements • Experience navigating enterprise sales cycles and working within telecommunications client procurement models • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Motivated by revenue goals and delivery ownership • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • MBA or advanced degree (preferred) • Experience with telecom-specific technologies (e.g., OSS/BSS, 5G, AI/ML, cloud platforms) (preferred) • Familiarity with 5G, fiber deployment, or telecom regulatory frameworks (preferred) • Experience with margin-based compensation models (preferred) • Prior experience at a Big Four or boutique consulting firm (preferred)
