📋 Description

• Take ownership of incentives, rewards, and shopping experiences for Castlight platform end users • Reimagine workflows for Benefit Leaders configuring and managing benefit programs in Castlight’s admin tools • Work across the design process from high-level vision to detailed interactions • Plan and launch user research studies and manage continuous research and design iteration • Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistency of design patterns, voice, and tone • Integrate and advance the design system through new patterns and interactions • Partner with product and engineering teams to implement designs and make tradeoff decisions • Monitor UX trends and technological advancements and bring new processes and ideas to the UX team and product and engineering partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, or related field • 5+ years of experience in product UX design • Expertise in UX/UI design tools such as Figma • Experience using AI Design tools like Claude Code/Design • Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in agile product development teams • Strong understanding of design systems, user flows, and interaction design principles • Experience conducting user research and usability testing • Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups • Demonstrated ability to design across mobile and desktop platforms • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to design for complex user interactions and workflows
