It integrates with accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct), Workday, and SSO providers, targeting finance and procurement teams at growing companies and enterprises seeking tighter spend control, compliance, and efficiency.

📋 Description

• Scale and evolve the design system, with a focus on high-traffic legacy experiences • Audit existing experiences to identify component gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for consolidation • Partner with engineers to create scalable, accessible, and production-ready components • Champion usability, accessibility, consistency, and quality across the product • Establish and communicate design system principles and decisions across the organization • Explore AI-enabled workflows for component discovery, documentation, quality checks, and pattern generation • Reduce duplication and improve efficiency across design and engineering • Measure and improve system adoption, usability, and effectiveness • Partner closely with Product Design, Engineering, and Product Management

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years of product design experience, including significant design system experience • Proven experience building, scaling, or evolving a design system • Strong expertise in component-based design and reusable interaction patterns • Advanced Figma skills and familiarity with modern design system workflows • Strong understanding of how design systems translate into production code • Experience partnering closely with engineers and navigating tradeoffs between flexibility, consistency, and scalability • Hands-on experience with AI tools and curiosity about their application to design systems • Excellent visual, interaction, communication, and systems-thinking skills • Curiosity about AI and its impact on product design and design systems, with hands-on experience using AI tools • A portfolio demonstrating meaningful design system work • Fintech and/or ecommerce experience is a plus
