📋 Description

• Own end-to-end product design initiatives spanning visual, interaction, motion, and brand integration • Create thoughtful, high-quality user-centered mobile experiences • Prototype quickly in Figma and AI/low-code tools • Present design work persuasively to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership • Collaborate through engineering implementation, QA, and post-launch iterations • Use data, user research, and performance insights to inform and evolve designs • Champion system-level thinking and evolve Calm’s design system • Balance multiple projects while maintaining high execution standards • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing • Set the standard for product design craft across iOS, Android, and web • Act as a design thought leader and establish best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in UX/UI design with 5+ within consumer mobile (and web) applications • Highly proficient in Figma • Experience using AI and low-code prototyping tools such as Replit, Lovable, and Claude • Comfortable shipping small code changes without engineering support • Proven experience driving user testing and research • Strong foundation in interaction design, visual design, and usability best practices • Experience designing and shipping mobile applications at scale • Ability to work independently while contributing to a larger design vision and strategy • Employment offer contingent upon successful completion of a background check • For US-based positions, authorization to work in the U.S. is verified through E-Verify
