📋 Description

• Lead the consultation phase and own the build configuration lifecycle end-to-end • Challenge study configurations early to remove technical bottlenecks and structural errors • Manage scope and timeline parameters alongside project management • Identify out-of-scope client requests and maintain aggressive delivery cycles • Guide client stakeholders through user acceptance testing • Act as the primary subject matter expert for complex technical queries • Advise clients on best practices for CDMS, eCOA, patient-facing interfaces, and decentralized protocol workflows • Ensure clients extract maximum value from the Castor platform

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record working within the pharma, contract research organization (CRO), or eClinical software sector • Deep understanding of clinical trial processes, study startup frameworks, and standard clinical data management structures • Direct experience with study operations, nursing, or clinical site administration • Solid analytical skills dealing with software configuration • Interest in or exposure to automated tools, APIs, or AI-driven workflows • Familiarity with ICH-GCP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and relevant GXP compliance regulations • Preference for being based in CET +/-2 • Applications currently not accepted from France, Spain, Belgium, Germany, or Switzerland
