📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients and internal team members to complete project deliverables and implementation needs • Assess current-state workflow and work with the implementation team to validate proposed future-state workflows against project objectives • Lead and work interactively with clients and team members to configure, test, and validate the application environment • Lead issue resolution, communicate with clients and internal teams, and track and document issues and configuration changes • Perform problem isolation and analysis, partnering with support and escalation teams on root-cause analysis and troubleshooting • Train system administrators and end users • Lead testing and go-live support • Keep up to date with new features, functions, business issues, and implementation options • Develop and update materials, tools, and programs to support the evolution of implementation infrastructure • Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher and three (3) combined years direct experience with support of software and/or implementation of software, preferably in a healthcare setting; OR High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution and 7 years combined years direct experience with support of software and/or implementation of software, preferably in a healthcare setting • Minimum of two (2) combined years of working knowledge of hospital and/or professional healthcare coding workflow • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a client-facing implementation role • Ability to travel • Must be able to complete a Government background check for a position of T3 Public Trust • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status • Knowledge of 3M/Solventum HIS products • Electronic Medical Record implementation experience • Ability to solve problems in a logical, methodical, and time efficient manner • Self-starter with ability to analyze and critically think • Excellent problem solving and organizational skills • Strong written/verbal communication skills and ability to maintain superior customer relations in a fast-paced environment • Ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and technology
