📋 Description

• Lead planning and execution activities for new market entry and service area expansion initiatives • Develop and maintain integrated implementation plans encompassing launch activities and milestones • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure market readiness and successful execution • Establish governance structures, project schedules, and reporting mechanisms • Drive accountability across stakeholders and manage critical path activities • Facilitate implementation meetings, working sessions, and executive steering committees • Monitor project progress and address barriers impacting launch readiness • Develop and execute market readiness assessments • Coordinate operational readiness across impacted departments, including policies, workflows, systems, training, staffing, and support models • Manage launch checklists, go-live activities, and post-launch stabilization • Identify and mitigate implementation risks • Support CMS service area expansion and market growth implementation activities • Coordinate timelines aligned with Medicare Advantage bid and operational cycles • Support provider network expansion, onboarding, and operational integration • Coordinate systems, technology solutions, and operational processes for new markets • Ensure enrollment, claims, customer service, care management, provider data, and reporting systems are configured and tested • Coordinate vendor, delegated entity, and business partner implementation activities • Develop executive readiness reports and launch dashboards • Present status updates, risks, mitigation plans, and key decisions to senior leadership • Support post-launch stabilization, metric tracking, issue resolution, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing technology implementations, operational projects, or vendor integrations • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders • Strong project and program management skills • Experience with vendor relationship management and organizational change initiatives • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
