📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Client onboarding projects from kickoff through go-live • Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and Client expectations • Navigate changing priorities and evolving Client requirements • Identify Client requirements and recommend best-practice software configurations • Facilitate data migration, software configuration, testing, and validation • Deliver professional services consulting engagements, workflow assessments, training sessions, and solution recommendations • Train Clients on platform adoption, workflows, and industry best practices • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive leadership • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve onboarding processes, implementation standards, and Client experience • Share best practices, contribute to documentation, mentor teammates, and support continuous process improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • 2+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, Client onboarding, or professional services • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent software implementation projects • Experience with Association Management Software (AMS) or similar membership/nonprofit platforms is preferred • Strong Microsoft Excel and data management skills • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to quickly learn new software applications and technologies • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing initiatives in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills • Client-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional Client experiences • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams • Comfortable holding Clients and internal stakeholders accountable to agreed-upon timelines and project expectations • Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and maintain momentum across complex Client projects • A proactive, continuous-improvement mindset with a desire to contribute ideas that strengthen team performance and Client outcomes • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship • Minimum age of 18
