📋 Description

• Gather business requirements and feedback for Salesforce improvements • Design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices • Support delivery of initiatives on the product roadmap • Support user management, including account setup and deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, and sharing rules • Resolve support tickets • Communicate platform changes and project updates to end users and stakeholders • Plan and conduct user training sessions • Export and analyze data and present accurate reports in varied formats • Maintain working knowledge of integrated applications including Nintex DocGen for Salesforce, Highspot, Azure, and Tableau • Configure and review Salesforce features including picklists, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, page layouts, record types, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports with guidance • Improve Salesforce data quality through data management, Data Loader, validation rules, and automation • Perform user acceptance testing in a sandbox environment • Confirm functionality after deployment • Assist with feature deployments and coordinate implementation activities • Increase user adoption while maintaining Salesforce best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Salesforce product knowledge • At least 1+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel • Experience with Excel Index-Match functions, pivot tables, and charting • Problem-solving skills and experience analyzing data • Trailhead Badges/Super Badges and/or additional Salesforce certifications • Experience designing scalable, best practice solutions • Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions • Technical documentation skills • Willingness to handle questions from the field • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (high school diploma or GED + 4 years of relevant experience) • Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered in accordance with all federal, state and local laws
