📋 Description

• Serve as the primary resource for Project Managers during customer onboarding to new products • Answer onboarding questions and consult on product configuration • Provide one-on-one training on new products and post-go-live support • Consult with clients on website vision and strategy • Recommend effective techniques for web content • Consult, configure, and train customers on Mobile App, Roster Syncs, APIs, Beacons, Geofencing, and CRM systems • Determine scope of custom configurations and builds according to specifications • Advise clients on best practices to maximize use of the unified product suite • Manage multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneously • Create documentation of standard practices for tasks and projects • Understand customer business problems and articulate business solutions • Conduct quality assurance checks of newly built websites and other products • Document and communicate issues to the appropriate team • Troubleshoot and identify root causes of website and mobile app issues • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, responsiveness, and thorough communication • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Project Management, Support, Product Management, Development, and Sales • Collaborate with Product Managers on client feedback and feature requests • Coordinate customer transitions to Support • Identify unique client configurations and knowledge gaps for Support

🎯 Requirements

• Eligible working rights in the USA • Must not require sponsorship • Ability to handle multiple projects across Website, CRM, Reservation, and Accounting/POS System product lines • Operational knowledge of relational databases, database schema, SQL, VBScript, and Microsoft Excel • Familiarity with JavaScript, APIs, and CSS • Proficiency with CSS and HTML • Proven work experience in software or website product quality assurance • Experience in project management paired with a strong understanding of customer support • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly • Patience with users during the training process • Detail-oriented with strong time and relationship management abilities • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability • Self-driven with a strong desire to teach clients best practices • 4+ years of relevant and progressive experience • Bachelor's degree preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Active listening skills • Ability to maintain composure • Self-motivation
